All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with several years of experience. I believe that our mental health needs should be considered just as important as our physical health. I have many years working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and other related mental health conditions. The approaches I use include CBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, and Person-Centered therapy, to name a few. I earned my Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling from Syracuse University and my Bachelor's degree from Empire State College. When I am not providing therapy, you can find me taking walks with my husband and dogs, reading, and recently exercising.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have been a Mental Health Therapist for many years. I believe mental health is as important as medical issues. When I am not working I enjoy taking walks with my husband and two dogs. I have worked with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and addiction.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My typical process is individual session. I have used CBT, person centered, solution focused, EMDR, motivation interviewing.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
