Getting to know Kasey Esponda

My passion and specialties are in working with adults that struggle from anxiety, depression, trauma, life performance issues, or with athletes and athletic related challenges. For whatever challenges you may be facing, you have the right to get help. Whether your current struggles have come from years of suffering or emerged recently, you don’t have to navigate this alone. My approach involves focusing on safety and trust as principal foundations to the therapeutic relationship. In sessions, I work to help you feel heard, supported, and identify specifically tailored strategies to help reach your desired goals. While each individual has their own experience in therapy, working with me will feel as if you have someone on your team who truly cares about your overall wellbeing. My experience includes 6 years helping adults with a range of concerns. I have a passion for working with individuals who experience performance challenges in both life and in an athletic setting. I have additional education in sport and performance psychology and trauma informed therapy.
