What should a new client know about working with you?

I use an integrative, third-wave Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach tailored to each individual’s needs. Third-wave CBT goes beyond focusing only on thoughts and behaviors, incorporating mindfulness, acceptance, and values-based work to help you relate differently to your internal experiences rather than simply trying to change or eliminate them. Depending on your presentation, our work may draw from CBT, ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), as well as relational and person-centered approaches. My goal is to meet you where you are, creating a collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore openly and reconnect with a more grounded, aligned version of yourself.
