My name is Dr. Burke and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LF60766336). I work with adult individuals, couples, and families and treat issues of relational distress, challenges with life changes, struggles with anxiety and depression (such as feeling overwhelmed, racing thoughts, putting yourself down, and difficulty with self-esteem), and not feeling like you are living your true life. Unwelcome visitors, such as anxiety and depression, can take you away of your authentic self. As your therapist, we will work together to unpack your story, challenge negative thoughts and behaviors that are getting in your way. We will build tools to equip you to handle difficult situations and uncomfortable emotional experiences. We will work together to instill balance, thrive in acceptance of what you cannot change, increase a sense of peace while reducing stress, and enriching the meaningful relationships that you have in your life.
