Additionally, I work with families, guardians, and couples seeking growth and healing. I’m trained and/or certified in various therapeutic modalities, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the Gottman Method, Gender-Affirming Care, and Auricular Acupuncture Therapy (AAT). However, I believe in adapting evidence-based practices to suit your individual needs, ensuring a personalized and valuable therapeutic experience. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am passionate about making a positive impact in my clients’ lives and in the community.
