Welcome to Uplift, My name is Kate, and I am here on Uplift to support people in our community. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University. I see therapy as a team-based experience; we work together to achieve your goals. Whether your goal is to learn to manage stress, face and adapt to changes in your life, or overcome addiction, I am here to support you on your journey. I have worked in a myriad of settings and with diverse populations, and I know one size does not fit all. I do not prescribe to one type of treatment and will bring all my tools with me so we, as a team, can identify what you need within the therapy room. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
