If you are trying to figure out life direction or process complex emotions, I encourage you to give me a call. I have provided counseling to individuals and families for the past 15 years, and I truly enjoy my work. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Arizona State University, Tempe Campus. My passion is supporting clients to gain tools for a greater sense of well-being. Transitions are usually accompanied by anxiety of the unknown, but we can work together and navigate through difficult times. It would be a privilege to be a part of your transformation. I strive to empower healing and growth in all of my clients and look forward to the possibilities that counseling can offer you. Flexible scheduling is available for your convenience.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have specialty training in trauma treatment and use evidenced based practices. My clients report leaving our sessions feeling calmer, more optimistic, and less impulsive. I believe in a person's inherent ability to change and grow and I am always listening for solutions.

I am able to tailor evidenced based treatments to meet the unique needs of my clients. We can collaborate on a plan to address your anxiety, depression, or stress related to life transitions.
