Getting to know Kathryn Daubner

I view mental health symptoms not as weaknesses, but as meaningful signals that something in life needs attention. I treat adults with concerns rooted in distressing life experiences. I'm trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to treat OCD some anxiety disorders, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to treat trauma and depression rooted in adverse experiences.
