I've been a therapist for more than fifteen years and have experience providing treatment for a variety of mood disorders, relational problems and parent-child issues. I specialize in treating postpartum/perinatal mood issues as well as anxiety disorders. I have years of experience in providing treatment and coaching for parenting and family issues. I was mentored by an expert in the field of perinatal/postpartum mood disorders and can offer support and insight into the unique and experiences of pregnancy and parenting. I also specialize in treating generalized anxiety and other anxiety disorders using CBT, exposure treatment, relaxation and distress tolerance. My experience working in a medical setting gives me unique insight into helping clients with change around their health behaviors. I believe in the principles of Health at Every Size (HAES) and want to help you achieve your goals.
