Hello, I'm Katie. I come from the position of building a strong therapeutic alliance and being by your side, assisting you through your journey. As someone who has utilized therapy to overcome some of my challenges in life, I truly believe in the value of having someone to turn to. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and collaboration, ensuring that you feel supported every step of the way. I have a Master of Arts (MA) and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. My professional background includes extensive experience working with children in the foster system, as well as individuals dealing with trauma, depression, and anxiety. Additionally, I have worked with clients facing eating disorders, disordered eating, and negative body image issues. Specializing in stress management, suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviors, anger management, children's mental and behavioral health, adolescent and teen mental and behavioral health, I am dedicated to helping you navigate through these challenges. Our sessions will be a safe space where you can express yourself freely and work towards your goals at your own pace. I look forward to meeting you and learning more about you.
