I desire to meet you where you are and offer an environment where you can be truly known and accepted. My counseling style is empathetic, genuine, and interactive. Together, we will work from a place of empowerment, learning, and discovery to strengthen some of the positive skills and resources you already have, as well as add more tools that will equip you to pursue greater mental health. I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My professional journey has equipped me to specialize in areas such as Anger Management, Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, Eating Disorders, Family Relationships, Life Transitions, OCD, Perinatal Support, PTSD, Stress, and Phobias. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth sessions for those who prefer or require remote therapy. All of us have areas in our life that need some attention so that we can function at our best. I approach mental health and wellness from both a clinical perspective and a whole-person approach. Every person is uniquely created and has inherent worth and dignity.
