I encourage my clients to be their best and most authentic selves and help them challenge beliefs and feelings that hold them back. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate with a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Saint Martin's University. With over 5 years of experience in providing mental health counseling, I work with teens, young adults, adults, and seniors, including active members of the military, their families, and veterans.
