Hello, I'm Katrenia. Since 2016, I've had the privilege of working with diverse populations in various Community Mental Health agencies. My journey has included roles such as a Functional Family Therapist Supervisor and providing Addiction and Couples Therapy. Each experience has deepened my passion for helping others become the best version of themselves that they desire to be. I hold a Master's in Social Work (MSW) and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. My specialties include Addiction, Anger Management, Anxiety, Depression, Family Relationships, Grief/Bereavement, PTSD, Spirituality, Stress, Suicidal Ideation and/or Self-Harming, and Trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth sessions for those who prefer or require remote therapy. My therapeutic philosophy centers on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. I believe in a collaborative approach, working together to identify and achieve your personal goals. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, navigating family dynamics, or processing trauma, I'm here to support you every step of the way. When I'm not working, I love to relax at home and watch movies. I'm also actively involved in my Church, which is a significant part of my life and provides me with a sense of community and purpose.
