My formal training and background have equipped me to work with clients seeking treatment for underlying trauma. At its core, trauma often leaves us with a distorted understanding of our reality, including and especially our own identity. And most dangerous of all, it can lead us not to trust ourselves. We have so much to unlearn about who we believe we are. And it takes courage to ask hard questions of ourselves, to sit with parts of our story we don't like or want, to soften our view of ourselves to allow light, love and trust to enter. My hope and goal is to walk alongside you in your struggles, listen to your story, and help guide you along your path to transformation.
