Therapy for Women, Moms, and Adults Ready to Feel Like Themselves Again You may be the person everyone else depends on—but lately, it feels harder to hold everything together. Maybe anxiety has become a constant companion. Maybe you're navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or a major life transition that's left you feeling unlike yourself. Perhaps you're overwhelmed by emotions that seem to come out of nowhere, leaving you exhausted, irritable, or wondering why everything suddenly feels so hard. I know firsthand that life can change your sense of who you are. Becoming a parent was one of those experiences for me. It brought incredible joy, but also uncertainty, identity shifts, and moments where I felt overwhelmed by all the changes happening at once. Outside of therapy, one of the ways I stay grounded is through weightlifting, which has taught me an important lesson: strength isn't built overnight. Growth happens one small, consistent step at a time. Today, I help women, moms, and adults navigate anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and life's transitions so they can feel more confident, balanced, and connected to themselves again.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and practical. I create a space where you can slow down, breathe, and talk openly without fear of judgment or pressure. Together, we'll make sense of what you're experiencing while building practical tools that help you feel steadier in your daily life. I work with clients experiencing: Anxiety and chronic stress Depression Emotional overwhelm Pregnancy and postpartum challenges Parenting stress Self-esteem struggles Trauma Major life transitions My approach is both compassionate and action-oriented. We'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck while creating realistic strategies that lead to meaningful, lasting change. I use an integrative, client-centered approach that combines evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based approaches, psychodynamic therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Every person is different, so I tailor therapy to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. Together, we'll work on: Building emotional awareness and resilience Regulating overwhelming emotions Strengthening confidence and self-trust Creating healthier coping strategies Improving relationships Building a life that feels more sustainable, balanced, and fulfilling This work isn't about perfection. It's about progress. You don't have to keep carrying everything by yourself. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for things to feel different, I'd be honored to help you find your footing again. Together, we'll build the tools, confidence, and support you need to create a life that feels calmer, steadier, and more aligned with who you are. Who I Work Best With I work especially well with: Women navigating anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm Moms adjusting to new roles and changing identities Individuals navigating pregnancy and postpartum Adults experiencing major life transitions People who feel stuck in survival mode

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In a typical session, we’ll begin by reviewing what we discussed previously and checking in on any “homework” or strategies you’ve been practicing. We’ll also explore any new concerns that have come up since we last met. Depending on your needs, we may practice coping skills, identify barriers that are getting in the way of change, or process past experiences that continue to influence your present. Therapy can be vulnerable and emotional work, and I am committed to providing a safe, supportive space where you can explore and process those emotions openly and at your own pace.
