UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I have 30 years of experience supporting adults to find happiness, decrease anxiety and depression, build positive tools to thrive with ADHD, and manage life transitions. I utilize an integrative approach, with cognitive behavioral therapy as my primary orientation. I connect well with people, creating a safe space for them to explore their struggles. My focus is working with individuals to rediscover their strengths and reach their goals. I have worked with diverse populations, including military members and their families, families of special needs children, people with chronic illnesses, hospice and grieving populations, and women in all phases of life. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University.
