Hello, I'm Keith, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping others and a deep love for my job. My approach to therapy is centered around you and your unique needs. I believe that the therapeutic goals and interventions should be tailored to address your specific concerns and the reasons that have guided you to seek therapy. Together, we will work on your journey to recovery, whether you're dealing with mental health issues or other challenges that therapy can help with. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, reality therapy, talk therapy, CBT worksheets, family therapy, behavior modification, and group therapy. My aim is to provide a comprehensive and personalized approach to help you achieve your goals. My specialties include working with individuals dealing with anger management, ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, depression, children's mental/behavioral health, family relationships, grief and bereavement, life transitions, military and veteran support, multicultural and diversity issues, PTSD, intimate and romantic relationships, sex and intimacy issues, stress, suicidal ideation and self-harming, and trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer or require remote sessions. I believe in the power of collaboration and often work with others in the community to support my clients in reaching their goals.
