I graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2008 with a Master's in Counseling and have over 12 years of clinical experience. My background includes working in various settings such as in-home services, residential services, crisis services, and outpatient services. Throughout my career, I have been a strong advocate for increasing access to behavioral health care for those in need of additional support. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, and I often incorporate narrative, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) modalities into our sessions. I specialize in helping clients manage anger, anxiety, ADHD, grief and bereavement, life transitions, sex and intimacy issues, depression, family relationships, stress, and suicidal ideation or self-harming behaviors. Whether we meet in person or through SonderMind Video Telehealth, my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can feel heard and understood. I genuinely enjoy watching my clients grow emotionally over time and am committed to being a reliable source of support throughout your therapeutic journey.
