As a Therapist, I believe prioritizing mental health is important to overall health, happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing for 7 years. I see most ages for individual as well as family and couples.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Each person and situation is unique. That deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. Open communication is important to help you feel heard and respected. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I usually start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We will work on goals and develop a plan that best suits your needs. This is a journey, and I will be there every step! I strive to create a honest, welcoming environment that lets you to feel secure enough to share and be vulnerable. From there, we’ll work together.
