With over 20 years of experience, I provide individual counseling and parent coaching sessions to children (up to age 12) and adults. My therapy style is best described by PACE: Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy. I use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy. I am passionate about helping children and families find hope and new perspectives in their lives. I especially enjoy working with parents of younger children in order to re-instill joy, playfulness, a sense of shared wonder, patience and compassion to being a parent. My process is to work closely with parents so that they can better coach their kids that may be struggling with emotional or behavioral issues that may be misunderstood.
