With over eight years of experience as a clinician, I have had the privilege of supporting hundreds of clients through a variety of challenges, including trauma and life transitions. I draw on Feminist and Queer theories to explore the societal factors influencing a person’s life, which allows me to provide care that is both affirming and respectful of my clients’ experiences.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My practice is client-centered, which means I tailor my approach to the unique strengths and needs of each individual. I use an eclectic therapeutic style that integrates a range of evidence-based modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and others.
