Self-awareness provides us with the tools to navigate the uncertainty of life. The more we learn about ourselves without judgment and with empathy, the greater the opportunity to be present with ease. In my role as a therapist, I truly believe that expressing our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors allows us to be our authentic selves, creating the possibility of building a life worth living while working through life's complexities. Intersectionality and culture play a major role in my work, as they influence how one experiences the world and daily functioning. I prioritize providing a safe space for all people to express the challenges they face in their daily lives. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Hunter College and a Bachelor's degree from Long Island University, Brooklyn, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support diverse individuals on their healing journeys.
