Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Kennedy works with her clients towards internal strength and peak performance - whether this is on the sports field, music stage, college forum, corporate meeting, student presentation, or personal practice areas. She is in the process of becoming a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), supported by her fieldwork experience at Rutgers University in the Behavioral Health and Sport Psychology Team under Dr. Peter Economou. She has an undergraduate degree in psychology and a minor in public health from Indiana University. Additionally, she has specialized experience working in substance use and addiction. Kennedy believes we are all worthy of our full potential in maximizing our lives. She’s here to provide a kind, nurturing environment for our whole selves to be challenged, explored and cared for. Kennedy works under the Supervision of Swati Mittal Jagetia, LMHC, at Purpose Squared Mental Health Counseling, a boutique counseling and coaching practice in New York City. She sees clients from all over the state via telehealth, and in-person on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
