As a mental health professional with over 28 years of experience, including 21 years as a licensed clinician, I have never witnessed a more challenging period in society than the past year. Stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, even over-drinking by otherwise non-substance-abusing persons have been rampant among a majority of people. We cannot fix the pandemic at this level. But I have spent this year working with traditionally well-functioning adults who have been struggling amidst the ever-mounting stress and bad news. Through a highly collaborative approach, we can help you get things back on course and help you find a path forward. Please note that I do not have a Colorado office location so I am only seeing clients through telehealth.
