What should a new client know about working with you?

I see therapy as a collaborative process and invite clients to take an active role in their treatment. I focus on managing symptoms, facilitating empowerment, and building confidence as well as teaching the tools necessary to allow clients to be their personal best and create an overall sense of well-being. My integrated approach brings clarity, direction, and positive support for my clients. I help clients live their best lives by filling the gaps between where they are now and where they want to be. I do this by identifying where growth is desired, setting goals and objectives, and embracing accountability. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and, if you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you! I love helping others believe and realize what’s possible.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach to counseling is warm and empathetic; I pride myself on treating everyone with kindness, respect, and sensitivity. I focus on building trust as well as open and honest communication in the therapeutic relationship to help each client achieve their goals and feel as though they are maximizing their full potential.
