I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology from Arizona State University and my Master's in Psychology from Ottawa University. Since then, I have worked in many different clinical settings. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities and a deep understanding of interpersonal and familial relationships. I have experience guiding clients through various modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems therapy. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy, I support and assist those willing to make positive changes in their lives. I pride myself on providing a safe and supportive space where we can work side by side to overcome traumas and barriers.
