My approach blends Trauma-Based Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Narrative therapy, and Life Span Developmental models to empower clients to be their own therapists. I've worked with people aged three to eighty-eight in various settings, from group homes to schools, clinics, and private practices. Additionally, I've been a professional trainer, consultant, and educator in higher education since 2004. My goal-oriented, educational approach is supportive, direct, and strengths-based, emphasizing our therapeutic relationship. My educational background includes a BS in Psychology, a Master's in social work, and a Doctorate in Leadership and Administration.
