White, a licensed clinical mental health therapist (MA, LMHC) licensed in New York State. I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Medaille University. For over 23 years, I have worked with individuals, families, and couples through online sessions, in-home visits, and community agencies. My experience includes supporting clients facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, relationship issues, lifestyle changes, grief and loss, as well as abuse and traumatic experiences. In therapy, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-centered approaches, Motivational Interviewing, and Reality Therapy. I specialize in multicultural counseling, always respecting the individual autonomy of each client.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
