I'm a NYC native, a mom, a community member, and a Licensed Clinician with over 18 years of experience. I earned my Master's in Social Work from NYU, but honestly some of my most important education has come from living life, navigating motherhood, doing my own healing work and overcoming adversity. This taught me resilience isn't just a buzzword, it's a practice. I practice what I preach. I believe deeply in therapy not as a last resort, but as an everyday act of self-care and courage. I will show up for you with honesty, humor, warmth, and zero judgment.
