I have experience treating anxiety ( including phobias) and depression ( including postpartum depression), trauma processing and narrative therapy. I view all client's through a multidimensional lens, while understanding that everyone is multifaceted and comes from all different walks of life. My Therapy style could be described as client centered/ person centered, I pride myself on going at my client's pace, you lead and I follow. I find this is especially important when touching base on trauma and abuse. I also, love to offering new perspectives, and challenging ideas when needed. My purpose is to make our sessions as comfortable as possible, making sure to radiate a safe, nonjudgmental, and trusting environment and rapport with my client.
