I have a deep passion for helping individuals restore a sense of autonomy after trauma and helping my clients live their best lives. My counseling style focuses on creating a sense of safety and cultivating deeper connections within yourself. I utilize humanistic theory, narrative therapy, client-centered therapy, and EMDR. Themes we might discuss involve communication patterns, self-esteem, and self-worth, building upon your internal strengths. Our collaboration may include exploring painful, uncomfortable, stressful, or challenging areas in your life. I will strive to help you feel empowered and create resilience as we work through these struggles together.
