I specialize in trauma-focused therapy, offering a variety of approaches tailored to fit your unique needs, including accelerated resolution therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and more.

I know how heavy trauma, anxiety, or depression can feel, and you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to listen and help you find your way to healing, at your own pace.
