I have worked with individuals who have severe and persistent mental illnesses such as Schizophrenia, Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar I, as well as co-occurring Substance Use disorders. In my private practice, I focus primarily on depression, anxiety, grief and relationship issues. I take on a person-centered approach and enjoy helping individuals navigate and cope with challenges in their life. I strive to assist clients and their families process emotions and learn coping skills to deal with everyday stressors and decrease symptoms. My office is a safe space and welcoming to all who wish to enter.
