I am Kim, a licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s from the University of Virginia. I have been in the field for 22 years, primarily working with adults interested in developing skills to manage symptoms of depression and anxiety, creating space for a more fulfilling and joyful life. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution, so I collaborate with clients to design individualized interventions based on their unique needs and strengths.
