What should a new client know about working with you?

I bring compassion and a genuine belief in each person’s capacity for growth to my work as a therapist. My approach is strength-based and collaborative. I see therapy as a space where we work together to better understand your story and what you need to heal and move forward. I help clients slow down, tune into themselves, and uncover the patterns and emotions that often go unnoticed but shape how they feel and respond to life. My goal is to help you see yourself with more clarity and kindness, and to support you as you build confidence, resilience, and a deeper sense of peace. I know that beginning therapy can take courage, and I honor that step. You don’t have to have it all figured out—our work together is about discovering what’s possible for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session is an intake appointment, where I take time to get to know you, understand your background, and learn about what brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll explore your current concerns and begin identifying goals for our work. This session also helps us start building rapport and creating a safe, supportive space for you to share openly. The second session focuses on developing a treatment plan based on your goals, values, and priorities. From there, we typically meet on a weekly basis to work toward these goals—using a blend of reflection, skill-building, and deeper exploration to help you move toward healing and growth. My goal is to make therapy feel both purposeful and personal, guiding you through a process that supports meaningful and lasting change.
