I use a client centered approach, which allows you autonomy to heal your way. I also use a mind-body approach to healing, by creating a safe space to slow down and connect with yourself, in a way that fosters healing and growth from the inside out.I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and I use a trauma informed approach that empowers you to set your own goals and manage your progress at your own pace. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist (LMHC Hawaii) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counsellor (LPCC Ohio), with over 15 years in the field, treating adults and teenagers, specializing in Trauma Counseling, Women’s Issues, Parenting Issues, Life Challenges and Severe Mental Illness.
