My approach to therapy is client-centered and strength-based, as I firmly believe that every individual possesses the internal wisdom to heal and thrive. Sometimes, all that's needed is a little guidance to unlock that potential. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy and am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Additionally, I offer support for a range of concerns including life transitions, anxiety, depression, gender identity, LGBTQIA+ support, phobias, PTSD, stress, trauma, and intimate/romantic relationships. My eclectic therapeutic style allows me to draw from various modalities to tailor my interventions to meet the unique needs of each client. I find that humor can be incredibly healing and helps to create a comfortable and open environment for our work together.
