Hi! I'm Kirsten, a licensed professional counselor and a licensed addictions therapist. I've been doing therapy for a long time, and I believe in meeting every client where they are at. I try to use a style that the client is most comfortable with and move at their pace. I'm willing to try new things with clients and believe that building a positive relationship with clients is the best way to help them. I've worked with addiction, trauma, and troubled youth a lot. I've also worked with seriously mentally ill people quite often. I've worked with a wide range of clients and issues in my time at community health agencies, and I enjoy variety. I graduated from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. I love animals and believe that they are wonderful therapists. Outside of therapy, I enjoy being outdoors and am an avid runner. I also love photography.
