Welcome! As a devoted Christian counselor, I'm passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families discover peace, joy, and restoration through faith-based counseling. I am a strong believer in the power of Jesus and bridging faith-based therapy with evidenced based approaches. Whether you have been in counseling for a while or this is your first time reaching out, let’s chat in a 15minute consult and see if this therapeutic relationship can be a good fit. I’d be honored to walk alongside you! I totally know the feeling of being overwhelmed or feeling anxious when reaching out for help. The therapeutic relationship is a unique and special one, so I hope through meeting and spending time in sessions, we can develop a high level of trust in working together towards your goals.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in marriage, family, and individual counseling. My training background stems from a Marriage and Family Therapy Degree. I am a believer in Jesus and believe in the healing process of counseling. I am EMDR trained to process trauma and use other modalities to help clients see hope again.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Let’s start with a 15min consultation, then we will move to history intake, assessments, treatment planning, and setting goals to make sure progress is being made. I believe that diagnosis give guidance for therapy, but are not an identity for the client. Sessions are 1 hr long.
