I am also a Geriatric Mental Health Specialist. I have experience working with adults from many different backgrounds. I take a humanistic, client-centered and experiential approach, focusing on your needs while honoring your personal strengths. I also acknowledge and address painful experiences to facilitate healing. I offer a therapeutic relationship where you can engage in self-exploration and processing and releasing of old patterns to enable yourself to experience life in a new way. When I’m not engaging in therapy with my clients, I enjoy walking in nature, gardening, cooking and singing, and spending time with my close circle of family and friends. Mental wellness is a worthy pursuit, and I will be honored to be a part of your healing journey.
