What should a new client know about working with you?

I’m a dedicated therapist for teens with a modern, down-to-earth approach. I will teach your teenager tangible strategies to combat self-doubt in the moment so they can confidently tackle challenges, make empowered decisions, and navigate life with greater self-assurance.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our sessions together, you can expect a relaxed, open space where your teen is free to express whatever is on their mind. We’ll start by talking about what’s been weighing on them recently—whether it’s anxiety, stress, or something else. I’ll guide them through evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, and EMDR, helping them understand their emotions and how to manage them. Each session is designed around their specific needs, ensuring they leave with practical tools that fit their life. My goal is for them to feel heard, supported, and empowered to make progress, one step at a time.
