I am passionate about working with individuals and couples to develop strong therapeutic relationships. Working with couples is especially rewarding as I get to see two people who are struggling learn how to do the work to improve their communication; their intimacy and their enjoyment of their relationship. I work with all ages and situations. I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet my clients where they are in life and identify areas where they might need help evolving and I help clients identify traumatic psychological wounds that may be holding them back from becoming the best version of themselves.
