My name is Kristen Wheeler. During my time as a counselor, I have worked with people from ages 3 and up from various backgrounds and with various needs. With everything going on in today’s world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Add on any personal struggles, and we can really start to feel burdened with pain. If you have previous trauma, current stressors, or a mix of both, I hope to be able to help you on your healing journey. In addition to providing an empathetic space, I can also provide useful skills and resources that will help make a positive impact in your life. I practice from a multicultural lens, use evidence-based techniques, and tailor education, resources, and skills as needed for each individual’s needs. I look forward to working with you!
