Kristin Curi, LPC

Psychotherapist
NJ
Life can feel heavy sometimes, and reaching out for support is a brave and powerful first step. I'm here to offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s going on and begin the process of healing and growth. I was drawn to this work because I’ve always been fascinated by how people heal, grow, and rebuild—even after really tough experiences. Over the years, I’ve worked with so many incredible individuals who’ve taught me about strength, vulnerability, and the power of connection. Being a therapist is more than a job to me—it’s something I feel truly honored to do. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and respect. I use a mix of evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), EMDR, ACT, and DBT to help you work through trauma, manage emotions, and build a more meaningful life. But therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all—together, we’ll figure out what works best for you. The provider is a “Licensed Professional Counselor" and their license number is (37PC01008500)

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
