My work focuses on helping individuals manage intrusive thoughts, build emotional regulation skills, achieve and maintain sobriety, strengthen relationships, and cultivate self-compassion. I also specialize in supporting women experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Whether you’re rebuilding your life, healing from past wounds, or learning to move forward without fear guiding your decisions, you don’t have to do it alone. My therapeutic style is laid-back, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I specialize in substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, perinatal mental health, and borderline personality disorder. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, and motivational interviewing, and I draw from a variety of modalities to tailor treatment to each person’s unique

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your first session is your intake session where we will spend time gathering information for me to get to know you and what you would like to work on. My sessions are tailored to meet the needs of the individual and can look different from session to session.
