Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, including military members and their families. My areas of expertise include helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, anger management, and various life transitions. I also specialize in perinatal mental health, supporting those dealing with pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum challenges, as well as fertility struggles. Additionally, I have experience working with clients who have endured physical and emotional abuse, and I am dedicated to providing compassionate care to those who have experienced trauma. I believe in meeting my clients where they are and using their strengths to address what they would like to work on. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused therapies to support you in achieving your goals.
