Taking these first steps can sometimes feel the hardest. My name is Kristina, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor here in Colorado. I have worked in mental health since 2007 in a variety of positions and with many types of people. I have experience helping people struggling with addiction, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, involvement with the legal system, and many other areas of life that just aren't going the way you want them to. My therapeutic approach is centered around understanding what isn't working in your life and journeying down the path to a better you. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we will work to identify the obstacles in your way and develop strategies to overcome them. I am here to support you through life's transitions, whether you are dealing with stress, suicidal ideation, or navigating the complexities of military or veteran life. In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative and empathetic environment. I am committed to meeting you where you are and helping you find the courage to try again tomorrow.
