What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing looks different for everyone. I aim to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and safe enough to explore even the most difficult emotions or experiences — at your own pace. I draw from multiple therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed practices, to tailor our work to your specific needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, relationship challenges, or personal growth, we’ll work together to build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We’ll begin with an initial conversation to explore what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’d like to get out of it. From there, I’ll collaborate with you to create a personalized approach that supports your goals — whether that means developing coping skills, understanding deeper patterns, or processing past trauma. I integrate a range of evidence-based methods, and our work may evolve over time depending on your needs and preferences. Throughout our sessions, I provide a nonjudgmental, supportive environment where you can build a stronger connection to yourself and navigate life with greater clarity and confidence.
