Psychotherapist

Thanks for reading! Choosing to start therapy is a huge step forward, and I genuinely look forward to working with you on your journey toward becoming your best self. I bring five years of dedicated experience supporting individuals grappling with substance abuse disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Michigan and am credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), which has granted me the privilege of working with incarcerated and justice-involved individuals. My therapeutic practice is rooted in empathy and understanding. I draw on a diverse array of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). One of my first questions to a new client is, "What are your best hopes for our work together?" Our focus is on achieving your goals, and that's what we're here to do. Sometimes, we all need someone to talk to-someone who will listen without judgment and gently challenge us to move in the right direction. I hope to be that person for you!
