As a compassionate and empathetic counseling intern, my passion lies in the fact that every individual, no matter their cultural background and identity, can be the best they can be. One of my goals is to guide clients on their counseling journey toward their goals. No matter their goal, growth is attributed to it, yet one can excel in growth in each wellness dimension.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My style of therapy is more about self-discovery and client participation. I utilize progressive therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. These therapeutic techniques focus on the here and now and the belief that the client has the potential to grow from where they were before, event

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My journey to be a therapist is worthwhile, and I feel fulfilled by encouraging and supporting others. I am an active gay Catholic, and intertwining my sexuality with my faith helps me believe that empathy increases, and unity conjoin. I welcome clients from various cultural backgrounds and identities and serve individuals, groups, teens, adults, and elders.
